RoundCon 2011 - Registration
You can register online or mail in your registration form and payment to pre-register. If you can't pre-register you can come to RoundCon and register at the door. For RoundCon 2011 we will be offering two membership levels for those who choose to pre-register: Gold and Basic. For more information on what the different between Gold and Basic levels of membership please visit the Membership Benefits page.
Pre-Registering for RoundCon
Pre-registration will be available during the months leading up to the convention. Pre-registering allows you to purchase a weekend membership to RoundCon at a lower rate than what you'd pay if you walked in. Also, you must pre-register for RoundCon if you wish to pre-register for particular events, such as RPGA sessions.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to send in a payment for multiple persons or pay for another person please contact us.
RoundCon will not be able to verify pre-registration for someone if payment is sent without notifying RoundCon management or the submission of registration information.
Pre-Register Online
The preferred method to pre-register is through the website. Go to the members section and login with your forum username and password to complete an electronic pre-registration form. You'll also be given the option to pay your pre-registration fee with PayPal.
NOTE: For your security send all PayPal transactions for RoundCon to payments@roundcon.com only. RoundCon does not use any other e-mail address to receive PayPal payments.
You can pre-register for a weekend pass only. Passes for individual days are only available as a walk-in rate during the convention.
Pre-Register by Mail
If you prefer you can submit your pre-registration by mail. Download the form to your desktop. You can use Adobe Acrobat to fill it out on your computer and then print it out. If you fill in the form by hand please print clearly. Send your check (payable to 'RoundCon') or money order along with your registration form to:

Walk-in Registration
If you do not pre-register you'll have to sign up at the registration desk during the convention. The rates vary depending on how many days you want to attend the convention. You can buy a weekend pass, or individual passes for each day of the convention.
